Who we are
The data controller is „ПАНТИК“ ЕООД (PANTIK EOOD), registration in progress at the Bulgarian Commercial Register, Plovdiv, Bulgaria. You can contact us at office@pantiq.ai.
What data we process
When you send an enquiry through the form: your name, your phone number or email address, and the content of your message. Providing them is voluntary, but we cannot reply without them.
When you visit the website: the technical data needed to serve and protect it, such as your IP address and browser type. These are processed by our hosting provider and kept for a short period.
Why, and on what legal basis
To reply to your enquiry and take steps before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To protect the website from abuse, such as automated messages (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives the data
The providers of our hosting and email, only as far as those services require. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area, under appropriate safeguards as required by the GDPR. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last communication, unless they lead to a contract. In that case the data is kept according to the contract and the applicable legal periods.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics tools. Fonts are served by this website itself, not by an external service.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise them, write to us at office@pantiq.ai.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
